KISMAYO (KAAB TV) – The Somali National Army together with the Jubbaland State Dervishes have carried out a joint operation in Lagta Aanoole area of Badhadhe District in Lower Jubba Region, where Al-Shabaab members have been active. \
News from Jubbaland state that the forces destroyed the bases of Al-Shabaab group in Lagta Aanoole area, and they used to organize the attacks.
The officers who led the operation said that they received information that members of the Al-Shabaab group were gathering in Lagta Aanoole area, and the operation killed dozens of those who were in that area.
Also during the operation, the forces destroyed the bases of Al-Shabaab in Lagta Aanoole area of Badhadhe district after they left.
Finally, the military officials said that they will continue operations against the Al-Shabaab group in order to free them from their areas in Jubbaland.
