William Ruto promised that the Somali people living on the border of Kenya will now easily access the important services provided by the Kenyan government.
People who want to get an ID card for Kenyan citizenship go through the process of screening people, and this system has been in place for 60 years, which the Kenyan Somalis and MPs have been criticizing, wanting to change it.
