The Government of Somalia is Supporting Sudan in Funding The Training of The Army in Sudan

|

Cairo (KAAB TV) – Somalia is playing a prominent role in rebuilding the Sudanese military in the war against the UAE-backed RSF.

Also, Somalia’s role can be to provide training camps for the Sudanese army, because Turkey has now announced that it will provide military support to the Sudanese army, and the TurkSom base in Mogadishu, the capital, can be an important place to train the Sudanese military.

On the other hand, Somalia has hosted the Sudanese army which will be trained at the TurkSom camp in Mogadishu.

This plan is jointly supported by the governments of Somalia, Turkey, Egypt and Eritrea to promote the progress of the Sudanese army in the war.

Sudan sees Somalia as the most loyal country in the IGAD regional organization and said that it trusts Somalia only when IGAD asked to mediate between the two Generals.

In any case, this step came after a meeting at the ministerial level of foreign affairs that took place yesterday in Cairo, the capital of Egypt.
