The key provisions of the directive include:

All vehicles operating in the district and adjacent areas must obtain prior permission from the security authorities.

No vehicle will be allowed to travel on district roads after 6:00 p.m., except in emergencies which must have been approved ahead of time.

Wedding ceremonies are restricted in the following ways: they may not use more than six vehicles, and no weddings will be permitted to start after 5:30 p.m.

The wearing of the veil (face-veil) is completely banned in the district; carrying it into the town is also prohibited.

The community is warned that any violation of these rules will be met with strict enforcement, and no excuses will be accepted.
