Somali social media personality Naimo Abdi A., widely known on TikTok as Xidigta Jarmalka (The Star of Germany), has reportedly left Germany shortly after a court ruled that she could be deported to Somalia.
The 38-year-old influencer lost her refugee status following trips to Somaliland, a self-declared independent administration in northern Somalia. During those visits, she reportedly attended public events in areas under Somaliland’s control.
According to German public broadcaster SWR Aktuell, Naimo was convicted in September 2026 of incitement to hatred under German criminal law.
The case involved TikTok posts in which she allegedly called for violence against members of a rival Somali clan.
On October 7, 2026, the Administrative Court in Mainz ruled that German authorities were legally permitted to deport her to Somalia.
However, the decision did not prevent her from appealing to a higher administrative court.
Despite retaining the right to challenge the ruling, a member of the Somali community claimed that Naimo had already departed Germany.
The individual suggested that she may have travelled to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.
Neither her reported departure nor the suggested destination has been independently confirmed. It therefore remains unclear whether she has left Germany and, if so, where she may have gone.
