Garowe (Kaab TV) – The Commander of the Puntland Police Force, Gen. Muumin Cabdi Shire, today appointed the Head of the Road Safety Department for the Bari Region.
Lieutenant Mohamed Siciid Cabdi Muumin was appointed as the Head of the Road Safety Department of Bari Region, according to a decree issued by the Office of Commander Muumin.
All relevant institutions addressed by the decree have been instructed to facilitate the implementation of this appointment so that the newly appointed commander can effectively carry out his official duties.
The newly appointed Head of the Road Safety Department for Bari Region, Mohamed Siciid Cabdi Muumin, also graduated today from Golis University in Bosaso.
