GAROWE (Kaab TV) – The President of Puntland, Said Abdullahi Deni, on March 31, 2026, issued Presidential Decree No. 001 appointing members of the Puntland Council of Ministers, carrying out a cabinet reshuffle and changes within parts of the government institutions.
