Tel Aviv (KAAB TV) – Israel is executing a new military operation against Gaza, aiming to cut off the city’s electricity and water supplies in an effort to force its population to evacuate.
In statements made by Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, who recently traveled to the United States, he confirmed that the attack on Gaza is part of a broader strategy to displace its residents. Smotrich specifically mentioned that this operation includes efforts to sever essential utilities, forcing civilians to leave the city.
Additionally, Smotrich revealed that the Israeli government is working on implementing a plan initially proposed by former U.S. President Donald Trump to evacuate Gaza’s entire population. He noted that the plan has been discussed with Israeli Prime Minister and other key officials.
Meanwhile, President Trump has reportedly urged Jordan and Egypt to accept the displaced civilians, allowing Gaza to become a depopulated area under U.S. control.
This development comes at a time when Arab leaders are convening in Cairo to discuss plans for rebuilding Gaza and to address strategies to oppose Trump’s proposal of evacuating the population and placing the city under U.S. administration.
