Mogadishu (KAAB TV) – Various information we are receiving indicates that the president of Somalia Hassan Sheikh has a plan to bring back the former director of the National Security and Intelligence Agency (NISA) Mahad Mohamed Salad.
The news added that this issue of bringing Mahad Salad back came after the party belonging to President Hassan Sheikh UPD requested that it is not necessary to bring Mahad back as there are political disputes with the National Aspiration party led by the former president of the interim government Sheikh Sharif Sheikh Ahmed, who are opposing the process and need to be addressed.
It is reported that the president was satisfied with the proposal of the members of President Hassan Sheikh’s UPD party, and the news adds that in the coming days it is expected that Mahad Salad will be re-appointed as the director of the Nabad Sugida agency, while Abdullahi Sanbalool will be appointed to another position that has not been announced yet.
The members of the UPD party convinced President Hassan Sheikh that Mahad Salad is the man who can prevent the threat of the opposition in Mogadishu in the last two days.
