Mogadishu (Kaab TV) – The Presidents of Puntland and Jubaland today received and jointly met with former Somali President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmaajo, who was visiting the Xalane camp.
The meeting was described as a courtesy visit only, according to identical statements issued by the presidencies of both Puntland and Jubaland.
“A short statement from Puntland said: ‘President of Puntland, Said Abdullahi Deni, and President of Jubaland, Ahmed Mohamed Islam, received and met with former Somali President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmaajo, who was visiting.’”
The Presidents of Puntland and Jubaland had come to Mogadishu to participate in the dialogue meeting between the Federal Government leaders and the Future Council, which has not yet taken place.
