London (KAAB TV) – In an urgent meeting on Sunday, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Keir Starmer, alongside 18 European leaders, presented promising measures to bolster Ukraine’s defense and security.

At the conference, Keir Starmer also unveiled a four-point plan designed to bring an end to the war in Ukraine while supporting Ukrainian sovereignty. The plan, developed in collaboration with France and Ukraine, includes the following key points:

  1. Maintaining aid to Kyiv.
  2. Keeping economic pressure on Russia to support Ukraine.
  3. Ensuring the Ukrainian government is represented in all discussions regarding its future.
  4. Guaranteeing that any peace agreement secures Ukraine’s unity and security, alongside continued military support to help defend against future invasions.

Keir Starmer emphasized that Europe stands at a historic crossroads, stating that now is not the time for talks, but for decisive action and unity.

Yesterday’s summit marked the culmination of an eventful week of diplomacy, which saw French President Emmanuel Macron, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky visiting Washington.

Zelensky’s meeting with former President Donald Trump and his deputy, JD Vance, resulted in a tense exchange that was broadcast worldwide. Trump accused the Ukrainian leader of risking a third world war.
