MOGADISHU (Kaab TV) – A clash between soldiers of the federal government forces occurred today in the Kaawo Godeey neighborhood of Wadajir district in Mogadishu.
According to eyewitnesses, the fighting started after a dispute arose among Somali government soldiers.
So far, it has been confirmed that two of the soldiers involved in the clash were injured. The incident took place in Wadajir district, Banadir region.
Some reports from the neighborhood also indicate that a significant displacement of residents is underway, with the local population of Kaawo Godeey beginning to move to other areas within Wadajir district.
As of now, the Wadajir district administration in Banadir region has not issued any statement regarding the fighting that occurred today.
