Mogadishu (KAAB TV) – Businesses in Mogadishu were reopened this morning after the Banadir Region Businessmen’s Committee announced the re-opening of those stores that had been closed for the past four days.
The Banadir Region Traders Committee met with the Chairman of the People’s Assembly and acting President of the Federal Republic of Somalia Sheikh Adan Mohamed Noor (Madobe) and submitted their complaint.
Governor Adan Madobe has called on the businessmen to reopen their places of business and to be patient with the burden that has caused the closure of most of the important markets in the capital.
Members of the Banadir Region Chamber of Commerce have said that they have a serious problem with the non-stop payments made by the Federal Government of Somalia from time to time, so there is a need to find a solution.
