Per the autopsy report done by the Somali Sudanese Specialized Hospital it concluded that the heart & the right kidney of Mohamed could not be visualized and that changes seen in the chest & abdomen suggest post mortem changes.
This essentially means that the organs were harvested. Graphic images shared online shows re-stitching of the body.
The uninformed & distraught father spoke to the media about the tragic ending of his teenage son asking the authorities for further information.
