Ankara (KAAB TV) — The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs has strongly condemned recent missile strikes by India on Pakistani territory, asserting that the attacks targeted civilians and civilian infrastructure.
In an official statement, the Turkish government warned that India’s actions have dangerously escalated tensions in the region and could potentially lead to open conflict. “This attack by the Indian government has opened the door to war,” the ministry stated, urging all parties to exercise restraint and take immediate steps toward de-escalation.
Meanwhile, China also expressed deep concern over the situation. A spokesperson for the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs described the aerial assaults by the Indian military on Pakistani territory, including areas of Kashmir administered by Pakistan, as “regrettable.”
“We are concerned about the growing conflict between India and Pakistan,” the Chinese spokesperson said, emphasizing that both countries are neighbors and must seek peaceful, diplomatic solutions to their disputes.
The international community has broadly condemned the escalation, with global leaders calling for calm and urging both sides to resolve their differences through dialogue rather than warfare.
